TGC2019/E6 - Dumb questions

I've read just about everything on here and still not sure what i need to do heh...

I'd like to try out TGC2019 and/or E6. I know i need some magic to read the BT output so these other programs can read them. So letting the dumb questions commence:

1) is there a trial version of either software anywhere?
2) if not, can i buy things in pieces? I know that i need GSX and Protee(?). Can those be purchased separately?
3) if not, what exactly do i need to buy? Looking here - https://golfsimulatorstore.com/collections/software , there are 3 options. Which ones gives me everything i need to try all the things.

I think you just need TGC2019 with Protee interface

In your link. The one for $919 should work. I don’t think there are trial options. When you purchase the TGC software, protee will send a link to download the protee and GSX software.

I assume the 919 one is the first one of TGC without the Pro-Tee? I think it shows different prices depending on region. And thank you for the answer!

E6 has a free demo version.

Correction. If you have a GC2 it might not be available for that.

When you buy TGC2019 everything you need to run off a GC2 is in the download. You can get a demo of E6 but you need to connect it with the GC2 via ProTee interface. It works great.

Quad works with TGC now.

The quad connects using a freeware interface instead of GSX and is set up the same way outlined in the Foresight GC2 section.

It can be done. I am in the process. This video shows how he did it. BUT...he uses a program called GQSX.exe instead of GSX.exe. Does anyone know where I can get this??? I cannot find it despite extensive searching.

Also - it appears the quad has to connect via wifi. Thus, if you want to also be connected to the internet at the same time, you will need another USB wifi adapter and bridge the connections to have 2 wifi's connected simultaneously.

However, if I am connecting via USB (or ethernet) to my PC, which is then hardwired to the Internet, I can use the wifi in the Quad and the wifi in the PC to chat about TGC - is this correct? I can get away with wired connections to the Quad as my space will not allow my to have lefties playing - Righties only.

GSXQ only connects via wifi and only ever will.
