FSX 2020 Crashing

    FSX 2020 Crashing

    Just installed 2020.
    When i launch the game it instantly crashes.
    Anyone else having a similar issue? I removed all previous existing FSX software on the computer for a fresh install and it made no difference.

      Was a really seamless upgrade for me and others, apart from a few older courses not be deleted after install.

      I assume you’re saying FSX crashes on launch, not the courses?

      And I know you say you removed all components for the initial install, but have you also uninstalled and reinstalled?

          I had a similar issue with it shutting down. I was using a non-administrator account on the PC so I forced the software to run as administrator. That got it going and now I don’t have to do that any more.

              Only time this ever happened to me was camera related. Try unplugging your cameras if nothing has worked.
