  • Foresight FSX Mobile App with "A"Serial Numbers still NOT connecting to BT ....

Hey guys, I bought a GC2 through Foresight and they have been trying to trouble shoot why my G2 is not connecting to an iPad or iPhone. I had read on here that it can take a few times but I have tried 1000x times and reset apps, deleted, done soft restores etc per their recommendations and still nothing.

Did anyone savvy here figure out the trick?

Currently my GC2 is being used inside but it will be transitioned to an outdoor into a net only thing for the next 6 months. Do I have to buy an android tablet??

    Thx

Are used on my iPad. I am sure you’ve already done this but I can briefly walk you through what steps I take. I make sure the GC2 is turned on, and then I open the FSX application. I then go into settings and under Bluetooth select the device. As you mentioned, sometimes it takes 2 to 3 times. After two or three attempts it will show stable in the FSX application. It just works from there. It sounds like the Bluetooth in your device may be bad. Hopefully they can fix it quickly for you

I am not sure if it’s compatible with android. I have only used it on Apple. I’m sure someone has the knowledge though.

Thank you. Tried what you said in that exact order but it still never comes up as a device on my IPad or iphone but I can easily use bluetooth on my computer and it shows up in the device list there. My serial number definitely is A and both HMT and GC2 are working perfectly hitting balls...WTF!

            EUREKA!

What finally worked was having the Apple Settings and FSX Mobile App open at the same time and just using the home screen to quickly double tap to connect in General Settings and then going back to the app. It kept losing the BT when I went back to General Settings reading “disconnected” quickly back and forth. Just hitting refresh in the app over and over again does NOT work.

I swear I’m not this bad with tech...
