GC2 Bluetooth Stopped Mid-Round. Won't connect anymore via GSX

    Hey Everyone,

Ran into an issue yesterday that is weird. I've been playing 36 holes a day for the last 3-4 weeks without any issues on my GC2 -- and I love it.

Yesterday I stated to play a round in the morning, and about the 13th hole the input had disconnected. I tried to reconnect but it wouldn't work. I had to go to work so I just shut the system down thinking it was an anomaly. Came out last night, fired the system up and it worked just fine -- until the 16th hole and I had the same issue again. All of a sudden the input stopped working.

Now here I am again, trying to get my morning round in and the Input will not connect at all. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the gc2 with no success. Anyone seen this before? Any other tips?

While I am here, every time I start up TGC 2019 it freezes and I have to restart and then it works. That's been going on for a while and is annoying but no big deal otherwise

Jared, I assume are you using a bluetooth dongle to connect? If yes, I believe there is Windows setting which will put the dongle to sleep after so many minutes. I have read on this forum that the option will sometimes flip "on" when you have a Windows update. I normally always unplug then replug in my bluetooth dongle before every time I use TGC 2019. If I do that, I never have an issue connecting or staying connected. Hope this helps! Best, Carl

I thin you are right. This did all start after an update! I can't seem to sort out how to turn off the power saver mode...

I am not sure myself but sounds like it might be the problem! Someone on the forum should able to guide you - possibly in the Control Panel or elsewhere.
      Working...
