Battery Issue

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue...
When powering on my GCQuad the unit shows the battery percentage. I have no idea why this number isn't always 100%, the unit is always plugged in.
A couple of days ago I started it up and it said the battery was at 0%. It was plugged in, the red power light indicator was on, yet it still shut down occasionally.
I decided to check it the next day (yesterday), it was up to 94% (this would have been a full 24 hours after the 0% reading). Today it was at 43%.
I don't see why the battery should be being drawn on at all.

Any similar experience or insights to share?

I found the power bar connection pretty finicky. (that is to say, the power connector to the Quad was normal, the plug in the wall normal, but the connection at the power adapter brick itself, was a bit squirrely - looked like it was in but was not actually charging the Quad). Once I wiggled he connection a bit and ensured it was seated correctly I have had no further issues.

Ok I’ll have a look, thanks. Do you happen to know if the red light was in while the connection wasn’t good?

I do not specifically recall but I would guess not.
