Inside 6ft Challenge

Every time I try to play the Inside 6 ft challenge in FSX 2020 I get an error “Inside Six Unavailable. failed you connect”. I’m not sure what is not connecting, every other feature works?

I would think it is an internet issue since it connects to the server and has live leader boards etc. Check your internet connection?

internet definitely works, all the other online challenges work (closest to pin, skills challenge) and I can see the leaderboards for those...its super weird. Of course I don't think I can even call in for support since I bought this off a member here (who bought it from another member here). Are there any special network or firewall settings that I should consider removing?

It might be worth throwing it on the exceptions list (exclude folder) in the windows firewall. I have all of my stuff run as admin and allowed that way so I would not know but support is always really responsive. First I have seen that from anyone.

i might be completely wrong here, but I'm sure I had the same issue at one stage and it was something to do with "offline mode" or "offline hours" being turned on in the user settings.

Thanks Bloodredshadows and a98cr125! I will try both of these things later and report back - I did confirm I was in off-line mode and was having trouble re-activating my course licenses, so now that its reset and turned off I'm hoping that was it!

I can confirm this works now! It must have been the offline mode
