No dongle detected fsx 2020 update

Hello,

I updated my fsx subscription to the 2020 per foresight’s instructions and when I click on the app, I get the message of ‘no dongle detected’. Has any experienced this and have any way by which to resolve the issue?

there are 2 versions. dongle and online. seems you have the wrong one installed

this I assume you received a authentication key and are not using a dongle
