Help! GC2 shut down.

My one year old GC2 have been performing perfectly until this morning when I play TGC 2019 for some holes. It shut down suddenly and has not been able to restart again. When I push the start button, it lighted up for some screen changes and then the lump turn from green to red and shut down. Should I send back to Foresight or is there any way to solve the problem?

Replug the connection to the charge port, the connection from the charger to the GC2 and the ac power to the charger. If that doesn't fix it open up the back of the case and replug the internal battery connection. Your symptoms sound like what happens when you are almost out of power storage.

Thank you for the response. I tried as you recommended to replug the charge connections and found it doesn’t work. I will try to open the case back to check the connection of the battery tomorrow.

Your charger might also be bad. If you have a multimeter, I would check the voltage and make sure it is around 15V

I did some unplug and replug and leaved it overnight. Surprisingly, this morning it came back alive. I doubt it might be the charging cord was twisted and impaired the power input.
