I doubt the Quad itself has a geo gps built into it when it's considered "offline". Once it's registered you have 45 days to use it as a stand alone device.
When it connects to FSX, Foresight is likely checking the IP address geo location. If they are doing this, just use a Proxy or VPN that points to a US based ISP. Make sure location services is turned off on your PC or Laptop to be on the safe side. Don't see why this wouldn't work they really don't have any other way to know where you are connecting from.
Alternatively if I use a Canadian or EU proxy when loading FSX from my home computer, I will likely get an error from Foresight.Comment

A proxy worked, got it to register another 45 days with it.
Thanks for the advice guys, saved me some money getting a license to use it in Europe.Comment
