Hi everyone. Im hoping to see if anyone has experienced anything like this? I have sent my gcquad to the customer service guys 2 times this year 😵. Kinda regretting getting the gcquad cause i have never seen that many probelms with gc2 hmt.

Sounds like you’ve got a lemon unfortunately. Seems pretty rare, most Quad customers appear to be very happy with the hardware, myself included.
Was this new or certified rebuild? I’d be demanding a new replacement unit. -
Yeah that is a pretty new serial number to be having problems... Mine is pretty close to that serial number and is not quite a year old... It sounds like it's time for Foresight to get you a new one.Comment

Agreed, sounds like a lemon. I have never seen that error, or any error really, with mine.
If they started the serial numbers from 00000, then 00450 would be quite an old unit though. I got mine in late 2017 and the serial number is above 01000.Comment
