GC2 putting and chipping not being picked up

I've done some google searching on this topic and it came up a few times but there doesn't seem to be any resolution on this so I'm trying to see if anyone has found solution.

With the GC2, when I putt or chip, more the half the time, the system doesn't pick it up. At first, i was thinking it might be the flash is no longer working but i had someone looking at while I was putting and he did see the flash turning on. Has anybody figured out a solution to make the GC2 pick up chips and putts more often? The chipping doesnt seem to pick up when I'm hitting less then 20 yards.

Forgot to mention, I'm using this with TGC2019

Never had a problem with chipping. Once I had issues with putting but it was my surrounding. The flash might be getting weak. Snap a picture of your set up. If that looks fine then try a new flash.

For chipping, try to put the ball in the upper left corner of the recognition box. It seems to work better for me there.

That looks fine. You don't have the setup issue I had. I always hit out of the front of my window with gc2 like wbond said. I've heard putting goes first when the flash gets weaker.

I went ahead and ordered a replacement megaflash. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue.
