E6 Connect v 1.4.3.2 - beta wont boot up

I keep getting a pop up that reads "The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click ok to close the application. Anyone seen this?

there is some microsoft program that I needed to install to get past that dialog. forgot the name of it...but ping forseight CS and they will give you the link
