GCQUAD Protection (anyone figure a way for extra protection)

I believe someone on here was fabricating a metal protective shield. I remember seeing a post a while back. I agree with Baller though. It isn't needed. The thing is a tank. Unless you are trying to break it, you wont... or shouldn't.... haha

Agreed you should not need it. Even if you are prone to hitting the occasional unmentionable, you are not likely to hit the unit. Just about the only way to do it is to shave one straight right off the toe, and if you do that the ball is not going to be moving fast enough to break the unit. (I know as I have seen my daughter do it.) It's also designed so that a ball cannot hit the camera lenses in any event.
