Foresight Hmt setup for gc2-k

Does anyone have any instructions as to how to attach an hmt to a gc2-kiosk?

There is a special HMT mount and cable connection for the kiosk. I don't believe a kiosk can be retro-fitted, it has to be installed by Foresight.

I bought the kiosk and foresight told me they can send instructions and the HMT attachment so you can do it yourself.. just need to drill a hole
