Transfer of fsx 2020 + courses to a friend

Selling my fsx software and courses to a friend. How do I properly transfer them over? Thanks in advance.

Are you selling more than the 5 free courses included with the license? If so, you have to hand over the user name and password of the FSX Live account. If not, just deactivate the FSX license from your computer and give the license to your friend.
