Real word weather in fsx2020

Can anybody get the real world weather feature working in fsx2020? It always throws an error message when i select it

I think there has been a problem with it and it's hit or miss. Works for some people and others it doesn't. I just checked mine to see and mine is working. mmlincon likes to use it but it always shows 50% fog for him. No idea what the deal is. I've seen fog sometimes when there shouldn't be. I just pulled up Pebble Beach and it actually does show some haze in the air on the screen which might be fog, but it's a bright sunny day today and shouldn't have anything. You don't get fog there this time of year.

Something may be blocking it from connecting, like your AV. I put a rule for my AV to exclude the entire FS folders of both "Experience" and "Components". When I didn't have that excluded, I had all sorts of issues, including "Inside 6" not working because it couldn't connect, when FSX had no problem connecting for regular stuff.
