new GC Quad isn't registering 4 dot driver club data and more

I just received my new GC Quad finally! Setup went well and I was able to get things installed and going no problem. My first issue was with the ball strike showing too low on the club face. If I strike the ball a bit lower than center it show the ball strike as half off the bottom of the club. If I hit dead center it shows up on the very bottom of the club.

My second issue is with my drivers. All of my drivers won't register 4 dot club data. I have placed the stickers where instructed but nothing. Only 1 sticker data will show up. None of my drivers from 1w through 5w will register this data. Can anyone help me with why this is happening? This was literally the first time using this unit right out of the box?

I have contacted foresight support but have not received a word back yet.

I move my iron stickers down 1 groove like txg does and it works much better. As far as driver it works fine for me. Post a picture of your driver with the dots installed so we can see

Is your tee set up all the way forward in the hitting area. I've had that happen before if I have it barely in the hitting area. Move the tee back some into the middle of the hitting area and try that.
