Issues with lofted shots on range at 50 yds.

When I am using the Range function, anytime I use the 50 yard option, and hit a lofted shot (56° or 60° wedge), the software shuts down.
I have reviewed the issue with the folks at foresight and they have gotten on my computer to make sure that I have all of the updated foresight software And for my graphics software. They ultimately determine that it could be my Wi-Fi giving me the problems. So I have temporarily purchased a jet pack hotspot with USB cable to help illuminate the issue (after talking with Verizon). Unfortunately, it appears the issue is not resolved.

I am somewhat computer illiterate, but I have been working with the folks at foresight and I am assuming they are fully capable for diagnosing/assessing the issues I might be having.

Does anyone else have this issue? I appreciate any thoughts and comments. Thank you.

No, it's most likely your system. I use 50 yards a lot usually and the distance you select shouldn't make any difference.

If you want to practice that yardage, try setting up a custom skills challenge and see if it works that way. How is your Quad connected? Maybe try a different connection method?

Sorry, just noticed your name... you prob have a GC2, so disregard that part. Maybe dropping connection with your GC2 though.

Thank you for response. When you say "dropping connection", what do you mean?

Like how is your connection to your GC2? Is it BT or USB? If BT, maybe it's losing the connection. Just a thought. Happens with the Quad over Wifi sometimes.

Connected via UBS. I purchased a Jetpack Hotspot for that purpose, so that I could bypass the BT as that was my concern as well.
