I can never pass up on these deals but man I sure hope the Next update FSX Play supports all the current courses. I dont need anymore since I have 60 but 3 for 1 is always hard to pass on. Wish we would get some more premium course options on tour.

I tend to buy these as well. the newer courses are much better than the older ones. However I have enough tree lined courses already. Wish they would come with some variety such as true desert course or links. Hope your listening Foresight.

Good Idea on the desert courses. They always look pretty cool with the desert and green fairways.

I'd buy more if I had a better idea of how good FSX Play looks. Right now I never find myself playing FSX only because the graphics are so much better on TGC, but I do like the physics of FSX better.

I have a hard time passing these up as well. I bought these three and have played both Audubon and Bala. Enjoyed both - Bala is pretty narrow with some sneaky water but good fun. Will play Farmington later on today.

While I generally grab these "deals" I find myself wondering how FS arrived at the cost modelling they did. $150 for a regular course and much more for premium courses is admittedly pretty steep compared to the packages TGC2019 and E6 offer. Anyone have any insights? Does it actually cost more to build the course the way FS does? If so, why? Not a complaint really - it is part of the deal if you go this route and I went in eyes open wide, but have always wondered about the rationale.

How did you feel about the distances? I feel that sub 6000 yards seems woefully short and few opportunities to use drivers/3wood on most tee boxes.

jasonreg -- I have no idea why they charge what they charge. But from my understanding you can get tgc if you have fsx. So instead of paying 900 bucks for only a handful of courses for fsx why not just use that to buy tgc?

That's a very impressively sized library of courses!
