Hi all,
curious if anyone has any info to help me out. bought a used GC2 and have noticed that the unit is providing inconsistent spin rates with high lofted clubs (wedges 9iron 8iron). The ball flight seems like its coming out right but the unit is giving spin numbers that are nearly half of what they should be (example PW 3500-4500 on a flush shot) and the spin actually goes up and closer to realistic numbers on thin shots (8000-9000). The unit seems to be giving correct spin for 4,5,6 irons (5500-6500 for 6 iron). Also the carry numbers seem to be about 10-15 yards short even with the longer irons with the correct spin numbers.
currently using a Country Club Elite mat. Tried hitting off a tee with same results, also tried an older different brand golf mat we have same results.
curious if anyone can give any tips on things to try to maybe resolve this issue. thanks
