How to transfer software with sale

I just sold my house along with my enclosure, computer, GC2 and FSX2020. I have TGC2019 but am looking to keep that license to transfer over to my new house/setup.

What is the easiest way to go about this? How do I wipe my computer of my data, but transfer the FSX2020 etc?

Any help appreciated.

There might be an easier way but for my money I would be wiping the hard drive completely (i.e. security software wipe) then re-installing the OS and FSX2020. I would not even set it up - just let the new owner do it (or have them over when you do it for them). Otherwise there are just too many pieces of personal info that can remain on the PC despite best laid intentions.

If you are going FSX + TGC again though, another option would be to buy a new PC, keeping your existing info intact and just replace with the new licensing info. Easier, to be sure.
