FR1 giving different carry numbers than shown on GC2 unit

Ive had my setup for about 3 weeks and am running the FR1 desktop software and have always thought that the carry numbers seemed to be about 8-12 yards shorter than what I would expect on the course. I happened to notice last night the the numbers showing up on the actual GC2 unit were longer than the numbers showing up on the FR1 software. I checked and the wind was set to 0mph and the elevation was only 2' up which shouldnt be enough to make this big of a difference. Are there any other settings I should look at on the FR1 software or anything to help would be appreciated.

Can’t remember I’d FR1 has temperature setting like FSX, that makes a difference.

Your GC2 is showing a session count meaning you are running old firmware. Updating the firmware might help.

You are hitting a pull hook. The GC2 only carry computation just tells you how far the ball carried without reference to direction. In Fr1 the carry distance is relative to a straight line down the fairway/range. Changing the GC2 firmware to 4.0.0.15 and the Fr1 software to version 1.3 can't hurt either. What firmware for the Gc2 and what level software for Fr1 are you using?
