Quad battery question

Question for quad owners: how often do you fully discharge your battery? Owners manual says to do it at least once per month, but do you discharge it fully more than that? And do you take it all the way down to 0? I find that mine shuts down on its own at around 5%, so I just usually plug it in when that happens

I definitely dont do it monthly but I let it run out and shut itself down probably every few months. Ive had mine almost two years and the battery still works great

I leave mine charged and removed. Supposedly it's better to not leave it fully charged and only a certain %, but I've had it for years now and it works like new when I need it.

I run mine down to 0% often, charge back to 100% and start again
