Buying TGC

Looking into buying TGC19 for my GC2. I have a few questions I wanted to clear up before I spend some $$$.

-Where is the best place to buy TGC, I see some links in previous posts but wanted to clear this up.
-Which “interface” should I purchase, is it the Pro Tee interface?
-I see to get connected to the gc2 you need GSX is this provided with my purchase of TGC?
