I just downloaded the Creative Golf Demo for GCQuad.

I'm having issues with putting. Software not picking up the putts.

Mine quad has the club analysis but not the putting analysis.

Interesting. I have had no issues, but I did have the putting add-on and CG3D does activate it when putting. Have you tried it with club data off just to see what happens? Maybe worth just shooting a support email to CG3D they are really good I can ask a few connections as well.

is your quad picking up the putt?

If not, it's likely something is interfering with the quad reading the ball. Since you stand so much closer, could be your white shoes. You need shoes that don't reflect and make the quad think it's another ball.

Had some issues with putting as well. Couldn’t putt at all in mini golf and logic for tap in putts would send ball backwards 20 yds. Reached out to GC3D and let them know that not everyone has the putting add on so the putt mode flag wouldn’t be set. They jumped on it, updated the putting logic in mini golf as well as for slow putts under 2.5 mph. Sent me a new version to test. Really impressed with the response. Looks to also include some other fixes as well.
