    Alignment stick

Do you all just fire up the Quad and go, or do you use the alignment stick every time?

Just fire up and go since my quad stays in the same position. I aligned mine the first time I used it and that’s it.

pretty sure you need to do it every time, but what I try to do is put down the alignment stick and then move the quad until it shows 0.0. That way in case I ever forget or am lazy, it should be close.

Thanks gents, that's what I have been doing. Can't leave mine in same position as I have 3 kids under 6 and that thing is WAY too expensive to leave around those monsters!

I would definitely do it every time you move the unit. Such an important feature of the Quad IMO.

I put it down everytime, as I move my quad daily. Also im not hitting center to my screen based on the way my room is set up, so I lay an alignment stick down in front as well to give me my center hit line as well.

Could you explain the center piece? I to hit offcenter but i though that was taken care of in the room setup app?

I didnt find the room setup app to work very well. It didnt change anything for me, so instead of messing with it all I tried the alignment stick. Havent messed with it since. That might change once I get this projector ceiling mounted.
          Working...
