How do I disable the data screens between every shot? I know how to access them if I want to look at a shot for longer, but it makes the game painfully slow.

Just go into the settings in the ON-Screen Data tab, and over on the right you will see data display post shot. Just uncheck "Show Data After Shot" or lower them down to how many seconds you want you can even do 0. I have almost everything disabled when I play. Not even the zoom overhead after shot. Speeds play up tremendously.
