Hello all,
I'm new to the forum and actually found out about it by searching for a fix to the issue I am about to post.
I recently accepted a job as director of player development. While going through inventory, I found we had a GC2 just collecting dust (among other things). I found our installation CD's (simulation and course pack) and, after several days of searching, the green security dongle! I got the software up and running and went to install the course pack. Got the error of it already being installed on a different computer. So then I go and try to backtrack which computer it was previously installed on (my job has been vacant for the past 2.5yrs). Long story short, no one knows where the files are. Probably got deleted after an upgrade to Windows or something on the old computer.
So I've got a wonderful launch monitor that I can't really do much with right now due to not having at least a driving range file to show ball flight to students. While I can read the on-screen numbers and describe the shot, the power of seeing it is much different for the student.
I saw a similar post where a member was assisted in obtaining FR1 files and commented on it. I figured it might be best to start a new thread here though. I also messaged a few people from that thread to see if they could assist.
Thanks for any help anyone can give! I have been reading through various posts and you all seem to have a wonderful and supportive community here. It is nice to see!
