GC Quad "ball out of hitting zone" message

Good evening ,

I did the newest update on my gc quad, camera areas look clean, but no mater where I move the ball i still get all the time the " ball out of hitting zone" or sometimes the "multiple balls detected" i did move the unit to several different spots and still the same, any suggestions to fix this issue?

The only time I get that message is when the balls in the holding tray are to close to the hitting area. The tray for my setup sits just to the right of the GCQuad so I can just drag one onto the hitting mat, and if it can "see" any of the balls it gives me that message. Can you uninstall the update and see if the error goes away?

Are you wearing white shoes, or shoes with white, or anything reflective? That seems to cause issues on occasion.

Additionally, make sure there isn’t anything behind you. I find my GCQ will pick up random “balls” on occasion, as well.
