GC2 Status Input Not Connected

I have an internal BT device in my PC, its BT 4.2...I followed the provided steps on this forum and everything seemed to work. Both input and output connected. As soon as I boot up TGC19, nothing reads. I re-open GSX and it says input NOT CONNECTED.

Ive tried trouble shooting everything I can think of. I ended up taking the recommendations and purchasing a ASUS 400 (waiting for delivery). Is there anything else I should try or just wait for the ASUS BT dongle to arrive and start over?

That will work but ASUSBT500 has better range. Might as well wait for the dongle to come in. Did you get a USB extension wire for that dongle? I needed an extension with that one not the 500 though.

I ordered an extension too. Sticks that we have to go to these measure for such a pricey device. I watched your video at least 10 times haha thank you for the help!
