Not sure if anyone can help here but I used to have a gc2. I deactivated fsx 2020 and sold it all. I just purchased a gc2 and got a new license key for fsx. I re downloaded fsx software and for whatever reason when I launch it for the first time it has my old account logged in so it never prompts me to type in my new activation key. I can't figure out how to get it to allow me to open the software as if it's being opened for the first time so I can activate the new license. My fsx live account shows no licenses attached to it.

Call them. I have always found them able to resolve these sorts of issues fairly easily. May take an email or two to find the right office but it is where I would start. -
Thanks. I ended up figuring it out. For some reason even though I would uninstall fsx and the accompanying programs there was still an instance saved on the computer that was causing issues so I just opened file explorer and deleted every file associated with foresight/fsx and then re installed again and it worked.Comment
