FR1: Not Looking for Ball

Quite often, my FR1 software will lose the “Looking for Ball” message.
The GC2 will lock onto the ball and the light will turn green.
However, the FR1 software will not display the “Looking for Ball” message and thus will not recognize hits from that point… not method (to my knowledge) to regain the Looking for Ball window other than restarting the PC.

Very Frustrated… please help!!!!

You are losing the connection between the GC2 and your computer. If using USB cable connect replug the cable at both ends. If using WiFi/Bluetooth connect then try turning off any other devices that may be periodically interfering with your transmissions. Such interference may be external to your physical location. IIf that is the case resort to cable connect or get a repeater to try and drown out the interference..

I am using USB connection, so I hadn’t thought about losing connection as being the culprit.
