    No Dongle detected

Hi everyone, I'm fairly new to the simulator world. I purchased the GC2 about a year ago already setup ready to go. And have enjoyed it a bunch. I wanted to add some new courses and found on here the link for the free courses. So i downloaded and tried to play but they wouldnt work. I figured it was because i have an older version. V3.2.0.8 dongle. So i loaded the V8.0.2.7 dongle and everything seemed to load fine but when i try to open the program it says " no dongle detected"
I can reinstall the older version and it works fine.

Shut your system down, remove the dongle, restart the PC. When running and everything is loaded, insert the dongle and make sure the PC can "see" it. You should hear the chime when the dongle is inserted. I'm running the update, no issues on a GCQuad.

The V3 version of FSX is the old original FSX from 2016. V8 is the new FSX2020. You'll need to purchase the software upgrade from Foresight for $1,000 if you want to use FSX 2020.
