GC2 Flash bulb & battery

How do you know when the flash bill needs replaced, and is it possible to replace the battery?

1. unit does not capture shorts anymore or is sporadic

2. You can get the battery rebuilt at any battery store such as Battery Plus a lot cheaper(about $30) then getting one from Foresight,

I don't remember what type of battery the GC2 takes but Battery plus needed my original battery so they can swap over the connector harness, so most likely you will have to take the original battery out of unit and bring it to them.

Sorta expensive with shipping but I went the official OEM route for a replacement battery from Par2Pro, not worth the risk for such an expensive piece of hardware in my opinion. https://www.par2pro.com/shop/product...9&currency=USD

Guy here on the forum sells flashes that work great, I bought one just to have a spare on hand for when it goes.

This is what i had to do as well. Plus they wanted to make sure they got the correct cells to replace it with.
