Bushnell Launch Pro - Pushes, Spin, Distance Issues

I’m having issues with my Bushnell Launch Pro where distances were 15-20% lower than on a course, shot shapes seemed heavily exacerbated (I.e a fade is a 100 yr slice off the map etc.), and many shots (especially chips <100 yds) are all straight pushes right. I redid the room config tool, unit is no longer on a separate standalone mat, removed metal tools in background, and hung a dark blanket since my walls are light gray and distances seem accurate now. They seem ~5% lower than real life but an improvement nonetheless.

I and everyone that’s tried it have to aim way left or do a wildly exaggerated over the top motion with a wedge to get it to start “straight”, even on short 20-30 yd shots. Full shots seem better but still not what id expect, still starts a little right and fades are more like slices even with a 9 iron. I tried attaching a couple videos demonstrating the issue and of my setup but they’re too large in size apparently. Lastly, it also won’t hold an alignment (jumps from .4 to 1.6 etc) but was told the rod isn’t really meant to be used indoors anyways. I’m not really getting anywhere with Foresight support so has anyone seen these types of issues or how to resolve? They did say the alignment rod isn’t really meant for indoors so it failing to hold steady alignment may be normal indoors I don’t know. Thanks!

That sounds pretty drastic. I would assume if you have it all aligned properly and no odd sharp light overpowering the Infared somehow (unlikely) there has to be a hardware issue or possible corrupt firmware. I would submit a ticket to support.

Appreciate the response. It's not terrible and is fun still, but I do not trust it for actual practice currently. I just aim ~20 feet left on software side when chipping and club down for full shots. Putts seem solid and don't push interestingly. Unfortunately it was doing all this before and after the latest firmware update, but perhaps I could try manually reinstalling it. I have just two normal led lights in the garage so I wouldn't suspect it to be an issue at all, but I have tried it with lights off only using a separate pinspot light. I do have a ticket with foresight but only getting asked to check something simple every 1-2 days for things I've already tried. Email isn't ideal for troubleshooting so I may just try calling them instead.

Hey, I'm having similar issues. Did Foresight resolve? If so, what was the fix?

    Thanks!

What ball are you using? I have seen very crazy miss reads if using yellow. No idea if this is the case but just putting it out there.

I had the srixon split ones, then just switched to prov 1s, still having the same issue, unfortunately.
