GC3/LP officially not compatible with E6 Connect or TGC

I just bought the launch-pro as my first launch monitor - reviewed everything else in that price range and thought it was probably the most accurate launch monitor in the 3K range. I also bought it because of its accuracy outside and on the actual golf range. I am super happy with the LP and its accuracy outside. I am however HUGELY disappointed that it is not supported with E6 connect (which I apparently did not research before shelling out the 3K). The official response I got from Foresight, and I quote, "E6 is not supported with the GC3/LP units. At this time there is no ETA for compatibility."

I then respond to the support tech asking why do they advertise it as supported with 3rd party sims when there is no support for E6 or TGC and the same day I received this response from Jon Watters, Co-President of Foresight Sports, "Foresight Sports products will never BE COMPATIBLE WITH TGC as long as I am here.

E6, Swing Catalyst, Creative Golf and other integrations are actively ongoing. We are dependent upon those companies to integrate our SDK into their offerings. As they finish their integrations, we will make those offerings available to GC3 and LP customers.

The response I got from E6 connect was as follows: "Greg, The GC3 is not supported as of now. However, we do support other foresight products for PC. As for future info regarding GC3, I would recommend reaching out to Foresight." Jason H, E6Golf support.

So if you are curios about compatibility with the new GC3/LP and third party sim software- that is straight from the horses mouth.

Again -love the product - not so happy with the limited support - guess I'm stuck with the gold subscription and the courses that come with it. Hopefully they will add e6 connectivity and FSX Play support some time down the road....

UPDATE!
Ok - emailed Jon back and asked what to expect on the GC3 and E6 and Fsx Play. He emailed me immediately back and said they expect to have FSX Play on the GC3 (by the way - he also said when he says GC3 - the Launch Pro is always included which was comforting to me as i have LP) and e6 connect compatible with the GC3 by the summer. That is good enough for me given how new a product it is.

That’s amazing. LOL. Third party software is so good. He has no say in who can make an interface to make it work with third party service.
