GC3 Connection Issues

What version is the software? Mine was doing this and they had me roll back the software to the previous version.

It was on 1.2.11.8 and I remembered that during troubleshooting of my last device they gave me the file for 1.1.8.8 to manually downgrade. Once I did that the device is working very good. No freezing issues or detection issues and I've hit over 200 balls so far. The wireless is still very weak on the new device but they have not responded about that yet.
