Questions on FSX Play

Brand new member and grateful for this resource.

I've had my GCQuad and FSX 2020 since October. Just downloaded FSX Play and having some issues or questions I was hoping to get help on.

1. When opening Play is it normal to get the question on allowing the software to make changes to the harddrive every single time? My 2020 does not.

2. How does one get back to the screen dimension setup? My Quad is finding my ball but it will not track when hit. I put in a negative number on the distance from the LM as it stated to do so for "to the left" in the directions. Did this mean setup for left hand players setup and for RH it would be a positive number?

3. When activating courses it has the spot to activate or deactivate. Which is correct light up to activate or the other way?

Wish I could help but I'm afraid I have no answers for you........ I do however have the same issue as your #1 question.

Same for me as well for Question #1.

Maybe right click and try "run as admin" when opening FSX Play. I think thats what i had to do.
Look in you windows folder for the "room config" then copy it to desktop for easy access, you can run from copy next time.

I ran into your same issue with Question 1. If I am remembering correctly, you right click the shortcut, click properties, then "shortcut" tab, then advanced, then uncheck the "run as administrator" box.

Does anyone know if you are able to drop down and select different players while playing FSX Play? If playing with a group on FSX 2020, if someone wanted to hit twice in a row, you could select them from a drop down menu. I'm not seeing this in FSX Play?
