What is the best multi-player game for when you have people over?

I have been trying to find the best / easiest to play setup when you have a party and guests want to hit balls and play short quick games. I have FSX2020, E6 Connect, The Golf Club and just ordered FSX Play. (Have not installed it yet).

I have situations where we have people over and we want to do something closest to the pin, or long drive, something that is kinda like top golf where it is easy to do something competitive and fun. Maybe you have 5 players and you each get 5 shots for a closest to the pin.

I have not been able to find an easy game or setup that does not require a whole bunch of setup to get started. Maybe that is what makes top golf so much fun - you have your players and you pick a game then go. If you hit too many shots it is not a big deal - you keep taking turns sorta like bowling.

Or even playing a scramble. Maybe you got 3 against 3 and you want to do a scramble. On an actual golf course that is so easy to do. Using my simulator...not so much.

Would love to hear what people to and how they setup their system to make it easy and fun for everyone......

For FSX/FSX Play, I like the Pitch & Putt course - it is quick and a good challenge. I am not aware of any "Top Golf" style games (or at least I have not played them). You can set up a course for the shorter holes/Par 3s only as well. I always use auto-putt for larger groups (more than 2) and I find that keeps the pace up as well.

Prefer scramble or alternate shot. Scramble is fun because its low pressure and creates closer matches. In scramble if you hit bad shot, no problem and no need for mulligan which helps speed up play. If you want a more serious game I find alternate shot to be a blast. It also helps speed up play because its half as many shots. You can alway keep track of skins or something on your own since it must be too complicated for Foresight to figure out. Hope this helps.
Oh another fun game is Battle golf. You can only hit each club once, goal is to be last man standing. Make a birdie, you get a club back. Putter doesn't count in game and can only be hit on green. This also speeds up the game and forces you to be creative and thoughtful when to use which club.

Play a scramble by just design your own course and pick all the great holes from all the courses you own. Do all the short par 4 and par 3
