I'm considering getting the putting add-on at the 50% off deal they're running right now. Does anybody use this and have a review?

I have it, and have never used it seriously even though I have done a lot of technical training on my putting. I have found other tools like video, a stroke template, and gates to be more useful. No surprise that it's on discount.

I meant to add, Foresight put up one of their coaching videos on Peak recently that focused on putting. I haven't watched it yet, but it might be informative.

I have the putting and it works good. I dont have a iPad which would make this really good. It still doesn't work with FSXPlay. FSX2020 works fine but a couple things kind of suck. For instance if you want to see the club data on the screen you have to go to setting on FSX2020 and click 3 seconds, 5 seconds, etc after each shot but to see what the ball is doing you literally have to use the mouse and click the tab that shows ball data to see skid and launch. In my opinion that takes too long and I am rather impatient, plus I dont have a computer mouse sitting on my practice turf. The other gripe I have is when you're playing a round of golf on FSX2020 anytime you are on a green the unit automatically switches to putting mode and there is no way to turn if off. Why would this matter you say? Because the area for the putting hitting zone is tiny in comparison to regular simulator hitting zone mode and I was forced to move my entire hitting area around to accommodate this tiny hitting zone. Probably not a huge deal for most sim owners but my hitting mat is sunk into the floor and I had to cut a whole new space in the floor to make it work. Now it works great. I talk to foresight about this and they said there is noway to turn off the putting mode on FSX2020 unless you want to remove that putting software from the quad completely. I have learned a ton about my putting stroke since I've been using it. And even went in and had my putter adjusted to help bring my numbers to where they should be.
