NEED HELP -- Just received a fairly new CG Quad and I am having problems connecting to my FSX 2020 software via USB connection - I tried the initial FSX 2020 software and also just uploaded the latest version 8/1/22 version of FSX 2020 and the FSX 2020 is not finding the GC Quad when the FSX 2020 is searching for devices - The Quad is reading the ball and club data with no problems on the GC Quad display - I installed FSX 2020 with the GC 2 driver and without the GC 2 driver hoping one would work - My son who is a PC guy is telling me the computer, as far as he can tell, is recognizing the USB but it seems to just not be communicating back and forth with the GC Quad -- I tried other USB slots also and still the same results, NO DEVICES FOUND - The USB-c cable I assume is the OEM from Foresight -- So don't know if it is Windows 11 causing the problem? I had the CG2 connected via Bluetooth and had no problems with windows 11 - Any feed back will be appreciated

No other program running that is communicating with the Quad, like Play or Pro or something?
Have you tried any other connection like Ethernet?
Also, make sure the quad is on and connected before starting FSX.
Lastly, Have you checked your device manager to make sure there aren't any issues with the Quad USB connection? Last thing to try is to update the Quad firmware, even if you have the current version, just try. If it connects and updates, you know the computer can comm to the quad. -
OK I figured it out - When you go to the FSX 2020 screen to search and find your launch monitor, there is a small block in the upper corner called Filter - If you click on it you choose your options on how to look for the launch monitor and click on what Launch monitor you are looking for - It was marked Bluetooth instead of USB -- You would think it would just be universal and look for all Foresight devices -Comment
