Initial impressions of the latest version of FSX Play (v1.4.0.4)?

It definitely freezes more than before. I don’t have the issue when opening it, but if I go to practice mode and go practice on a hole in a course, when I try and go back to the main menu, it freezes every time. Have to close the program and start over

I've just updated to 1.4.0.4, but as I run the application, it just gets stuck on the "Starting FSX Play..." screen and doesn't do anything more.
Has anyone had a similar issue or any idea what could the problem be?

Happens to me every time when I'm not connected to the Internet (wifi). If I open the software already connected immediately solves it.

Just played pebble beach for the first time on Play. Wow! So much better the. The other courses I’ve played so far. Performance was amazing, no lag on full graphics.

Minor glitch here but the during match play the 3 second on screen match review that shows up between hole will say who's up of down but the part where is says THRU how many holes if all messed up. reads incorrectly after every hole.
