    CG2 and TGC2019

I am setting up a simple simulator at my office and was looking for a deal on a SkyTrak when I came across an opportunity to buy a used CG2 for a good price. I had everything figured out on the SkyTrak and was going to buy TGC2019 and all good to go.

I understand the CG2 is a much better monitor and so I started to look into it. But I guess I am just confused or dont understand completely. I have a couple of questions hofully you can help me with.

    1. Can I purchase TGC2019 and use it on the CG2?
    2. If yes do I have to purchase the FSX software to do it?
    3. With the CG3 now out for a while is the CG2 going to be a problem maintianing or using down the road?

Thanks in advance and once I get my simulator setup I will post some pics. This forum has been very helpful in researching hitting matts, nets, etc.

    1. Yup.
    2. Nope.
    3. It's no longer officially supported by Foresight but there are plenty of places to get replacement parts and service. Andy-something on this subforum is very knowledgeable on the technical aspects of the device.
