Change the font size in FSX play?

Does anyone know if there is a way to increase the font size in FSX Play? After much struggling (and trying to parse semi-English error messages), I finally got it to activate last night after buying the upgrade on cyber-monday. I'm playing on a 4k projector in 4:3 mode (2880x2160) and the fonts are readable but a lot smaller than I'd like. I'd also love to have the mini-map always appear in full size mode instead of having to click it every time.

This is likely a windows issue. See if the article above helps.

Nope. That changes the fonts that Windows is using. It has no affect on fonts in the game.
