Super low spin on fsx play range

Hi everyone. My journey has taken me from optishot to mevo to skytrak to mevo and now to bushnell launch pro. I had a ping g410 lst and it cracked and I ended up swapping the replacement with cobra LTDx LS. I haven’t had it long but did use it for a few weeks with mevo. Never get actual spin it’s always estimated even with 12 ft to screen.
so now with launch pro I am getting a ton of super low spins. Ones at 1400-1600 carry forever.
for a few days I would hit with both the mevo plus and the launch pro at the same time and the spins were always way different. I’ve read that there’s known issues with lower spin shots maybe going further than they should. I do however get alot of sub 1k spins and they just fall out of the sky and go no where. Talking like 500-800 spin. Does this seem possible?
I went to golf galaxy yesterday and hit a few used cobra driver on trackman. Wasn’t my same driver. Trackman kept giving me the spin in italics and it was usually 2400-2700. The two that I got that were not in italics were 2400 and 1700.
so the final question, does anyone think I’m actually hitting duds that are spinning 500-800? Is the issue my swing, driver, shaft? Or is the unit maybe not reading it right? Thanks so much

I don’t have a swing fix for you, but I can confirm it is definitely possible to consistently generate drives with less than 2k spin. My strike pattern is always toe-side and the bad ones fall right out of the sky.

Are the FSXplay numbers and the numbers on the top the same?

Are you using a white golf ball? I've seen people have issue with spin using yellow.

So this is still an issue I can get 400-800 backspin with driver with ball speeds around 160 quite often. Spin is squally way left on these.
to answer questions I am using white balls.
should I contact bushnell? There’s no way the spin is this low.

I don't think I have ever seen sub-1000 backspin on my GCQ with any kind of decent-feeling shot. But you mentioned high side spin. If you hit massive hooks you can get huge sidespin (like over 1500) and the backspin is going to be very low. You don't want to be hitting those shots anyway so I'd not worry about the backspin numbers there.
