Please recommend a guest friendly course for FSX Play

What is an easy course for guests to play, tee to green? I had three friends over yesterday to play Cabot Links. I picked it because of the wide landing areas off the tee and no water hazards or trees. With this in mind, i thought it'd play faster but it didn't. I had the holes set to easy, but the greens were still a challenge for the group. It wasn't just putting, but holding approach shots and short game were challenging. Thanks in Advance

Since you can turn off Lie Penalties in Play (if it works at all), I don't think the fairway width makes much of a difference. As you say, the main challenge is with the greens - small and slopey are hard. That excludes Pebble Beach, Spyglass, and Valderrama. I think Coeur d'Alene is very nice. And interestingly, the version on Play seems to have less trees than the FSX 2020 version. There are still water hazards and trees but the greens are mostly relatively tame and the course is lovely.

I Found one. St Andrews, The New Course is pretty easy. You can drive it anywhere and the greens are fairly large with gentle slopes.

You can also set it up with auto putt so if you’re anywhere on the green it calculates number of putts.
