Am now into month 2 of using FSX Play. Lots of things to like, but so many things that I just don’t understand. Any help would be great.
1. When playing a course, and finishing a hole, there is an overview of the next hole which is nice. However, it’s clear the info on the hole is from the prior hole. For instance, on the preview of the 8th hole at Pebble, it’ll say it’s a par 3. It’s clearly referencing the 7th hole. It happens to me on every hole on every course. Why in the world would it do that?
2. Is there any way to save certain settings and make them default? For instance, I would love to keep autoput as a feature. And keep the Mulligan pin always on (yes, I know).
3. I can’t seem to make practice mode work within a course. I thought that in the middle of a round that I could go to the menu and turn on practice mode on any hole and have it just stay on that hole. Is that not true?
4. I also don’t seem to be able to see scramble mode.
5. Towards the end of a round, I’ll notice the ball/club data on the bottom of the screen will disappear. Does that happen to anyone else, and any ideas on how to bring that back up?
