Has mulligans been removed from FSX Play course play?

Did Foresight remove Mulligans from FSX Play course play with the latest firmware update, or am I missing something?

It’s in the advanced menu in setup

It seems the last update reset some of the defaults, including Mulligans. Setup -> Advanced Tab (at top of screen) -> options for mulligans and putting mode are then shown.
