  • FSX Play Refund

    When is it time?? Enough is enough already. Every other week I am calling tech support to resolve an issue. Here lately it gets stuck on “getting courses” and then I am out of commission for a few days until tech support can remote into my computer and fix the issue. Don’t get me wrong, the tech support is great, but we shouldn’t have to be contacting them every week! I am beyond frustrated. At this point it’s a 50/50 shot on if I am able to complete a round of golf.

    After you work on the powerline adapter issue - another thing to look at is optimizing the GPU settings. Have you followed the recommended setting in the support section? There at least three areas to look at:
    1. Windows power settings
    2. Permissions and Anti-Virus conflicts and most importantly
    3. GPU Set-Up - NVIDIA_setup_07182016.indd (foresightsports.com)
    I have the same GPU as you do and I found a marked improvement after using these optimization tips and a few other I found by googling around.

      I am pretty illiterate when it comes to computer stuff. The Foresight tech remote logged into my computer and said he optimized the settings. When the software loads, it works great. A few glitches here and there, but overall satisfied.

        There are great step-by-step videos on the support site (FSX Play | Foresight Sports​ - scroll down to "Additional Resources") and the GPU optimization I listed above is a great step-by-step resource. Might be worth taking a look.
