I have had my quad since June 2018 and it has always run without issue since that time. I have used it almost every week, usually multiple times a week to work on my golf game, and play sim golf with the kids, etc.
This AM out out of the blue, the boot up process hung up on the "Diagnostics" dot point. Hanging for a bit -- it then showed "Computer Failure Error Code A04". The system seemed to be locked up -- and had to hold the power button down for about 7 sec before it shutdown. I plugged the unit in and rebooted - same issue. Tried again - same issue.
Anyone know what that error is? Anyone know if there is a hard reset sequence that will get it to clear any residual memory to see if that solves the issue?
The unit has worked flawlessly for nearly 5 years - and nothing has changed. It never goes outside, it was not hit by anything. Any thoughts before I contact Foresight?
